Common Dead Releases New Music Video For "Wound"

Deathrash/groove outfit Common Dead has released a music video for the song "Wound," taken from the new album, "Diatribe" (reviewed here). As an animated piece, the video contains rotoscoped performance footage and features stop-motion segments contributed by Montreal artist, Jean-Philippe McGurrin.
Common Dead comments: "This is one of the more accessible songs from 'Diatribe', relating thoughts that stem from successive loss. The surreal animation portrays separation and struggle to mirror the song's message, while the 'shadow people' effect was chosen in homage to stories that have spread about such entities."
"Wound" follows the song "Critical Mass" as the second music video from the album "Diatribe." For more info and updates on Common Dead, join the band's official Facebook site.
