Impending Doom Reveals "Baptized In Filth" Artwork

Impending Doom has released more details surrounding the "Baptized in Filth" release. The cover art, available below, is explained by Bassist David Sittig, "Baptized in filth represents the mindless indulgance and self worship in the vile world we live in. This album is meant to scare the hell out of you!"

The band will release "Baptized in Filth" on March 13th, 2012. Produced by Andreas Magnusson (The Black Dahlia Murder) and Machine, this is the band's fourth full-length and most ferocious effort to date.

Johnson continues: "We're proud to say that after many months of working on the new record it's finally done. This is by far our favorite material to date and we can't wait to share it with everyone and hit the road!! March 13th 2012 the world will be Baptized In Filth!"

Impending Doom has also been confirmed for this year's Metal Alliance Tour alongside acts like Devildriver, Job For a Cowboy, and Dying Fetus. The band will also be playing select dates on this years VANS Warped Tour this summer.
