Ghost Walking and Desolation are kinda weak compared to alot of other songs on it, I`d say maybe its there most angry sounding album to date.

The whole song, especially the beginning, you can hear the orchestral elements much clearer. What a profound and fresh, crisp, amazing song by them. Really suprised me.

I haven't been this pumped for an album to come out since The Great Mass. I feel like I'm 10 years old on Christmas Eve, waiting for Christmas morning. :D

I just listened to the entire album and i will say its not as good as "Ashes" or "Sacrament" but its not exactly a crappy album. Randy's vocals are a bit subpar, and musically they changed it up (not saying its a bad thing). I think a lot of people will be disappointed a tid bit, but its definitely a solid album....

I liked "Wrath", several solid tracks on that one, but as a whole I thought it weaker than "Palaces", "Ashes" and "Sacrement". Is "Resolution" stronger than "Wrath" on the whole in your opinion or not?

RM: its tough to say honestly. they definitely went into this one with the mindset of making a different album and they def did that. overall, its more aggressive than "wrath". Opinions will vary greatly about this album, but for me i give it a 7.5 of 10 stars.

That's good to hear. I think I'm picking up on a pattern from them. They tend to make a safe album and follow it with a (relatively) bold album then go back to safe. "Ashes" and "Wrath" were very anthemic and straightforward. Two great albums but also very accessible. "Palaces" was a huge detour from "NAG" and "Sacrament" (for the first time LOG history) actually took time to grow on me. If "Resolution" follows that trend then I'm sure to like it, if not immediately then eventually.

I'm gonna have to disagree with all of yo uat once lol.

LOU: grats bro.

Branded: i would actually say this is my favourite log album to date, they finally found a way to keep their sound and at the same time have some relaxed bits in their songwriting.

RememberMetal: i like the theory for the most part, but I totally felt like Wrath was the least "anthemic and straightforward" lamb of god album, they experimented a lot with their style on it too.
