Antton Lant Quits M-Pire Of Evil, U.S. Tour Proceeds As Planned

U.K. thrash band M-Pire of Evil, featuring Ex-Venom members Tony "Demolition Man" Dolan, Antton Lant and Jeff "Mantas" Dunn, announced the departure of drummer Antton Lant, the brother of Venom's mainman Conrad "Cronos" Lant.

In a statement posted on the band's Facebook Page, Antton states:

"2012.
A new year and a time to get my priorities right and everything in order.
Too much stuff.
As from today I will NO LONGER be playing drums in m-pire of evil.
My family life and DEF-CON-ONE are more important to me.
And something’s got to give."

All the best Antton!"

The remaining members added: "Anyhow we will tour the US and we will keep you updated on what happens at the Mpire camp!"

The band will provide support for the upcoming U.S. Tour with Onslaught. For more information on the tour, check out this location.
