Primitive Weapons Signs With Prosthetic Records, New LP In March 2012
New York psychedelic doom band Primitive Weapons has signed with Prosthetic Records. The band completed work on the debut release, yet untitled, which was recorded at Wild Arctic Studios with producer Dean Baltolunis (American Nightmare/Goes Cube/The Hold Steady). The LP is tentatively scheduled for a March 2012 release.
In a message about the signing, the band posted "Hey Guys, We signed to Prosthetic Records. Expect a new release in March! We are really stoked and look forward to playing to playing out more and playing SXSW again!"
