The latest pastiche band to appear on the scene is Ireland's Primarkial, who pays homage to old school countrymen Primordial on it's latest seven song CD, "The Gardening Wildebeest." Primarkial is streaming it here for you, and the band has issued this mission statement:

"Primarkial is a low budget Primordial cover band. Many of us cannot afford CDs or concert tickets but still wish to participate in the Primordial experience. Without having to pay for costly things such as band members and instruments, Primarkial are able to provide high quality satisfaction at the lowest possible price: FREE! Want the thill of Primordial, but the cost of a sponge? Primarkial are for you! We were able to cut down the price so much that it's actually cheaper than a sponge."

Here as well is an uploaded video for Primarkial's take on "Coffin Ships," a cover for the Primordial song that appeared on it's "To the Nameless Dead" release.
