The Prestige To Release New Album In 2012

Born in 2009 on the ashes of French metalcore band Draftdown, The Prestige is a quartet from Paris which plays a mix between chaotic hardcore, intense punk, metal, and rock under a constant injection of adrenaline.

The debut album from the band will be out in early Spring 2012 and was produced and recorded by Guyom Pavesi (Die On Monday, Headcharger, The Locomotive Sound Corporation) and Amaury Sauvé (As We Draw, Birds in Row, Comity) at Moulin de Favry (France). Mixing and mastering were handled at Riddarborgen Studios (Sweden) by Magnus Lindberg (August Burns Red, Cult of Luna).

In the mean time, you can check out The Prestige's music by heading over to the band's Facebook profile, or listen to the full "A Series of Catastrophes and Consequences" EP via Bandcamp.
