Charlie Zeleny Posts "Drumageddon" Ultimate Drum Solo Video Clip

Drummer Charlie Zeleny (Blotted Science) has performed the ultimate drum solo entitled "Drumageddon" up an entire multi-floor building in Brooklyn, NYC from the street to roof in one continuous take using a single HD camera in tow. Charlie Z shredded drums through multiple floors & hallways of the building without stopping using multiple Protools rigs and 4 separate complete drumsets along with stage hands moving parts of drumsets along with him between locations in the 7+ minute video, available below. A press release about the video reads as follows:

"This Ultimate Drum Solo featured drummer Charlie Z improvising everything from bombastic Rock Drumming, Latin Jazz Fusion and Gospel Chops R&B Shredding to fast Drum N Bass and Progressive Metal drum solos. The grand finale is on Charlie Z's gigantic 40 Piece Drumset on top of the graffiti stricken roof overlooking the Empire State Building and the NYC Skyline.

"All the cutting edge camera work was filmed by breakout Director Chris Ott of Evil Dog Films and all the epic sound was captured by master Engineer Brian Penny of Three Egg Studios along with logistical experts Jason Rutherford and Freddy Nightliker of Cablesmith and Bryan Kane, Three Egg Studio owner and lead singer of the indie rock powerhouse Bone Gunn.

"The 'Drumageddon' Video is the Intro Video for his upcoming 3 hr 33 min Drum Instructional DVD entitled 'Sphera Drumultium: The Ring of Ultimate Drum Totality' coming Spring of 2012 through Drumageddon Productions, Evil Dog Films, Three Egg Studios, Connector Entertainment Group, Cablesmith Cables & Universal Live Audio/Video.

"Charlie Zeleny has toured/recorded with Jordan Rudess, Terry Bozzio, Joe Lynn Turner, Blotted Science, Behold the Arctopus, Suspyre, Kayodot, The Great Kat, Rock of Ages, Kristin Chenoweth, XV (rapper), Outasight, Sony Music artists, Warner Bros.
