"some music was meant to stay underground..."

Deadalive Becomes Manic Ride Records

Long respected as one of the best underground labels around, Deadalive Records has decided to change their name to Manic Ride Records. The label had previous releases from highly acclaimed groups like TEAR IT UP, BORN DEAD ICONS, ANNIHILATION TIME, THINK I CARE, and many more.

Next up for Manic Ride Records is the release of the long awaited R'N'R full length, scheduled for a February 17, 2004 release. Playing a hybrid of hardcore and rock'n'roll, R'N'R offer a refreshing sound that has gained them a lot of attention. This record is sure to be amazing.

After R'N'R's album, Manic Ride Records will be releasing the United Kingdom's SEX MANIACS on March 23, 2004, as well as a full length (featuring beautiful artwork by Pushead) from FULL SPEED AHEAD and an EP from TORNADO OF KNIVES on April 13, 2004.

In regards to the name change, many of the releases previously under the Deadalive name will be reissued throughout 2004, many with new artwork and additional features. More information on these will be announced as the re-release dates approach.
