Alarum Reveals New Album "Natural Causes" Details

"Natural Causes" is the upcoming third album by Australian metallers Alarum, and the long awaited follow-up to 2004's "Eventuality" album. The album is set for release on October 18th in Australia through the band's own Quadrum Records and through Willowtip Records (USA). Alarum commented on the album:

"Offering everything from catchy thrash inspired tunes, to tightly composed technical metal, to jazz and latin elements, this is a release for all metal fans and beyond. As well as 10 songs covering a vast dynamic spectrum (including one instrumental) and 2 interludes, the album is packaged with a 12 page booklet featuring the surreal artwork of Mike Riddick."

I was split on "Eventuality". On one hand, the songs that got me to buy it ("Velocity", "Inertial Grind", "Woven Imbalance") were incredible. On the other, I thought there was too much jazzy filler... I'm still keen for another however.
