Like it. Better than Oildale and all that. Sounds a bit like Marilyn Manson to my ears.

I think it's funny though that Jon "the millionaire" Davis still keeps on whining about his life like a 15-year-old. That aspect of Korn really doesn't work for me after all these years.

But, I like this one. Still... I prefer Head's latest to this 5-2 in hockey terms.

JD's voice kinda suit this style of music. While I do go for too much electronic music this is kinda cool. We just need to hear the guitars and it would be mixed perfectly for me. It just sounds like something JD should do on his solo album if other korn members cannot be heard on the song.

He keeps whining about his childhood because that's what he's paid to do. The kids get something new and "heavy" as they start to grow up and he gets his bajillions of dollars.

On another point.... so what's up with these lyric videos appearing now? Ever since Daath put that one out (which was a while ago), people've been doing the same thing every so often. Are people looking to reduce the costs of making videos?

This definitely isn't better then Korn III, it's just different. I enjoy dubstep and if it was ever gonna assimilate with metal, nu metal would be the genre to do it. Sorry I just watched The Thing last night. Anyway, I can hear the placement of the guitars. Not really sure where the drums are though but they're probably there. Either way I enjoyed this and the other Skrillex collab, I wanna hear the song with DatsiK on it.
I'm probably gonna pick this album up, but only because the special edition will have a dvd copy of Korn Live: The Encounter, which is what actually got me into Korn. I'd recommend watching that.

BF, it's a concert they did around the release of Korn III. They did a full professional concert in the middle of a corn field in the middle of a crop circle. Only they did it for no audience. It was just them, and there crew. It was a great set too. They're on top of the game in that show. Look up some tracks on youtube. Especially Falling Away From Me.
They switch up the bridge just before the last chorus, and Davis throws out some decent death growls.

Great call ZMA, The Encounter is one of the best performances I have seen from Korn, and I have been a fan since their first album. It is a great setlist and, like you said, shows Korn at the top of their game.
