Shadows Fall Issues New Album Update

Shadows Fall drummer Jason Bittner has checked in with the following brief update about the band's progress working on a new album to be released in 2012:

"Day 1- NEW SHAD RECORD drum tones, a lot of Miking, and 2 tunes down - time for a good night's rest to be back bright and early tomorrow."

No details have yet been revealed on the album's title, track listing, or specific release date. The new Shadows Fall album will be the band's first studio release since the 2009 full-length "Retribution" and the 2010 single "Bark at the Moon."
