You should hit the show at all costs, prez DB. It's really that good! They dont miss a beat with Brandon F. on guitar. Yea Homme woulda put it over the top,but not much is lost with this line-up. They play alot off the "Welcome to Sky Valley" album, note for note perfection! Hopefully Garcia changes his mind about recording new music with this line-up. Honestly,i dont think they need Homme, even though he was the creative genious behind it all.
Toronto set -Gardinia, Thumb, Hurricaine, One Inch Man, Asteroid, Supa Scupa and Mighty Scoop, Fatso Forgotso, Freedom Run, Conan Troutman, Odysee, Whitewater, El Rodeo, 100 Degrees, Encore: Molten Universe, Allens Wrench, Green Machine...
May have to catch these guys in Buffalo in December they are that good live.
