Finnish act Dead Shape Figure is currently recording the follow-up to the 2010 album "The Disease Of St. Vitus." The band has now checked in with the following updates about the recording process:

"Reamping: DONE... Tomorrow: Show @ Helsinki. Saturday: Galzi starts to record vocals with producer SähköMake Ruuskanen..."

Dead Shape Figure will be appearing on select dates of the upcoming "Lux Mundi" tour with Samael, and the band also recently provided a Type O Negative cover track for Metalunderground.com's tribute to Peter Steele.

The new album's currently announced track listing is as follows:

1. Bläkkirokkivaino
2. Grippihoontti
3. Groove
4. Oopiumin hajuinen Megadeth
5. Punkkilänkkäri
