Attila Turned Away At The Canadian Border, Band To Miss "All Star Tour" Dates
Self-proclaimed "death metal party rockers" Attila have posted the following statement on its official Twitter account revealing that it has been denied entry into Canada due to felony legal issues involving frontman Chris Fronzak. The refusal from Canadian border patrol means the band will have to miss its Canadian dates on the ongoing "All Stars Tour."
"We are officially 'Outlawed' from Canada. Unfortunately we are unable to play the Canadian dates of All Stars. We tried everything in our power to make it work out, but the Canadian government won't approve @attilafronz to cross because of his felony charge. WE ARE VERY SORRY."
The band will be releasing its new album, titled "Outlawed," on August 16, 2011 through Artery Recordings and will contain 10 all-new tracks. The track listing for effort is available below with the first single released from the album, titled "Payback," available for streaming over at this location.
