Megadeth bass player David Ellefson has posted a new video message online from the Heavy T.O. festival at Downsview Park in Toronto. You can check it out below. Megadeth are currently touring North America as part of the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour which also includes Disturbed, Machine Head and In Flames amongst others. The group also expect their new studio album, "Th1rt3en" to be released this September through Roadrunner Records.
