Chicago thrashers Diamond Plate are hosting a record release show and music video shoot for their new album, "Generation Why?" on August 19th. The band will be joined by High Spirits, Lich King, Vindicator, and Terror In His Presence.

The official album release show for the young metal four-piece will be held at Reggie's Rockclub in the band's hometown of Chicago, and fans are invited to be a part of Diamond Plate's first music video. Be sure to bring the circle pit and tons of energy to this live show/performance style video for the thrash anthem "At the Mountains of Madness." Shooting begins at 2:00pm and all are welcome to come down to the venue. You can view the flyer at this location.

"Generation Why?" will be released by Earache Records on August 9 in the US and August 29 in Europe.
