Hitler Reacts To The New Opeth Album "Heritage," Video Available
Band Photo: Opeth (?)
It seems as if Hitler has once again felt extreme heartbreak and anger over a new metal album set for release in 2011. Following his excessive rage towards Morbid Angel's "Illud Divinum Inanus" earlier this summer a new spoof, of the 2004 German film "Der Untergang/Downfall," has been made of Hitler reacting to the forthcoming new album from Swedish progressive death metallers Opeth, titled "Heritage." You can check out the reaction in the player below.

I'm gonna have to track down the leaked copy but I doubt it's as bad as what Hitler's saying. I doubt it is bad at all. Then again, if a band doesn't make the same album 50 times in a row then they are sell outs am I rite????? Or if it doesn't sound like it was made in mom's basement with sh**ty equipment they are sell outs rite??? Whoever did this video needs to get a life. I agree with Blindgreed1, 70's sound intrigues me. Does anyone actually KNOW anything about Mikael's musical influences before they post sh*t like this? I'm not sure the person who did the video knows anything about progressive music at all. I'm not at all surprised at Opeth taking that sort of musical turn towards 70's rock.
David Vincent rapping is deserving of a Hitler video. I doubt if the new Opeth album deserves one.
What made the previous Hitler vids so great was having a frame of reference. Like old Morbid Angel vs the current hilarious and incredible disgrace. We still haven't heard "Heritage" so the humor doesn't resonate as well.
I certainly hope Hitler's intel is wrong, as it often was ... and his response was often wrong when it was spot on soooo, here's to hoping not much has changed since WWII.
Funny vid, especially the sniffling women,"we still have Watershed". Akerfeldts given proper warning in several interviews that its gonna be a differant record, which to me sounds interesting. Katatonia dropped the death vox years ago,and thier music hasnt suffered one bit imo. Hey,i still have Blackwater Park if its really that bad!
I never even heard the new Morbid Angel (only what had been said about it) and know very little of the old and found that video hilarious. The writing in this one was simply not up to par and sounds like a pure knockoff without understanding what makes the others good.
he should do one for Necrophagists album too... im looking forward to that more than Wintersun... i guarantee Wintersuns will be overrated and be a big disappointment, whereas Necrophagist write pure brutality in music form. If you've heard them, ur already dead. sorry, here's ur pass to hell haha

I think fans should have a bit more trust in Akerfeldt. Everything he has ever written is amazing and with or without death vocals this will be one of the albums of the year.....that and dream theaters!
Have you seen the album cover....it couldn't be more progressive if it tried!
