The Devil Wears Prada Finishes New Album; Streaming New Song "Born To Lose"

The new, as yet untitled album from The Devil Wears Prada, has been completed and is set for a September 13th release through Ferret Music. This will be the band's first full-length album since 2009's "With Roots Above and Branches Below."

"Born to Lose," the first song to be released from the album, is available for streaming through Alternative Press's website beginning today. Log onto this location to check it out.

Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) engineered and produced the album and singer Mike Hranica described it by commenting, "The new record contains the heavy aspects of the 'Zombie EP,' meshed with the melody of the full lengths. 'Born to Lose' captures some of those elements and serves as a comprehensive preview to the album. By all means, I'd call it our most emotional, well-written album to date."

I just listened to the new song. It's pretty good. The Zombie EP was what made me not hate this band. If they keep down that sorta path I'll give the rest of the album a listen.
