Constipation Streaming Three New Releases

Constipation has issued the following update about the release of "Constipation Day," the band's new album:

"Norwegian grindcore band Constipation celebrates Norway's Constitution Day on the 17th of May by releasing their first album Constipation Day. 19 tracks of furious grindcore blitz by in minutes.

"They also release their first EP, the first in a series of more experimental releases to break the flow between their grindcore albums. The first one, The Piece Of Cod Which Passeth All Understanding, is a sombre acoustic number.

"And to not be outdone by themselves, they also release their second album at the same time. Entitled Hold It In, it is another set of 19 grindcore anthems in the same vein as the first album."

You can listen to all three releases for free by heading over to the Constipation Bandcamp page at this location.
