Starting today, heavy metal and hard rock hub Noisecreep.com is hosting an exclusive stream of a brand new track from Scarlet Records recording artist Solar Fragment. The track "Come Hell or High Water" comes from Solar Fragment's sophomore album "In Our Hands," which will be released this coming Tuesday April 19th.
