Relapse Records has issued the following announcement about seeking Death's "Individual Thought Patterns" EP for an upcoming re-issue:

"Attention fans! Relapse Records is looking for an original copy of 'Individual Thought Patterns' on LP via Combat Records. Anyone who has a copy and can temporarily lend it to Relapse will be rewarded with some free items in addition to having their copy used as a resource in the upcoming reissue! Please contact contests@relapse.com if you have a copy available. Thank you all!"

Death's "The Sound of Perseverance" album was also recently re-issued as a deluxe three disc set. Details on the re-release can be found at this location.
