It's actually a pretty decent lineup, but it's annoying that they they feel the need to make a pair of nu-metal bands the headliners.

same bs as last yr. an "official" rumored lineup is announced, and only about 3-4 bands or so are actually on the bill. i'll sh** bricks outta surprise if in flames is there. like i've been saying all day today on the mayhem fest site, mayhem fest facebook, blabbermouth, etc. i call BS on the lineup. almost half the lineup is full of repeats and not enough bands on the rumor list are coming out with new albums this yr so it just wouldn't make sense. i'd be upset if it was 100% true but i can complain much since it is the ONLY metal fest that i even get down here =\ fml

So so lineup if that's really it. Who is even in In Flames now? Did they replace Stromblad? I myself don't like the nu metal stuff but the promoters know they sell tickets. Good diversity of bands. Something 4 everyone. Red Fang would be sweet. They play equipment older than themselves. Heard they signed 2 metal blade. Atomic Dog!

Yeah bro this lineup is bs. Considering disturbed is on the music as a weapon tour until May and has been on tour for a year straight, I dont think they will headline. Hell they will play multiple shows in the same cities within months. It would be poor marketing on their part.

If Rockstar did orchestrate this with some misdirection in mind, they did a great job. I've seen some corroborating evidence from two sources, which could all be orchestrated as well, but we'll see on Monday. Everyone else is talking about it, so I figured I'd post the news and qualify it a purely unconfirmed at this point.

I'm almost certain Disturbed will be there. Unfortunately the last few Mayhems they have been absolutely TERRIBLE. They were unmotivated, the sound was bad, and they played like they appeared to just want to get through their set and leave.

I'll go if Megadeth and Machine Head are on the main stage though. I'm pretty excited about that! If the list is accurate though, which I'm gonna say that most of the list is probably accurate. I know Trivium has been openly saying they are going to be there.

I Doubt Megadeth is going to be a head liner.. They have a show on July,9th in France which is the opening day for mayhem.

Most of the other band's I'm stoked to see Not sure why disturbed and godsmack are headlining though..

More then likely I'll go again this year. Check out the Mayhem official website Monday , that's when they said everything is going to be officialey released..

So this might not even be 100 percent the real line up or some band's might be on different stages .

And IF Megadeth is on this bill, they'll be one of the top 2 slots. Dave won't settle for any less.

The line up sucks this year, just as bad as last years! The only good line up they had was when Slayer was the headliner. It seems like they are only going for the mainstream crap bands. Wow. The bands for this years mayhem fest is terrible. Disturbed, I don't know how many times they have to do a tour without the support of rockstar... seriously this is getting old. $60 lawn tickets...i'd only go to see Machine Head and Megadeth and for me to pay that much to see 2 bands when I saw Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax for $50... I doubt i'll go and I hope when Disturbed comes on, everyone leaves. They've been on Mayhem 2 times now and Uproar just last year... give them up Rockstar this year is gonna SUCK.
