Execration Streaming New Track "Left In Scorn"
Norwegian death metallers Execration have posted a new track online. The newly uploaded song "Left In Scorn" is currently available for streaming via the official Execration MySpace profile. "Left In Scorn" is from the band's upcoming second full-length album "Odes Of The Occult." Execration also previously commented on the new album:
"'Odes of the Occult' will contain 9 tracks of vicious, evil death metal on double 12" vinyl. It parts with the percussive style of previous releases in favor of a wider set of influences drawing from death metal, doom and cult black metal. In 50+ minutes, 'Odes of the Occult' will make your ears bleed from dark, brutal doom-laced death metal chemically cleansed of any 'modern' death metal tricks.
"With 'Odes of the Occult,' we have has also added more diverse vocals in addition to our traditional guttural growls, giving our musical universe a new dimension. The resulting album is a definite step ahead from previous releases."
