"Desperta Ferro! vol-2" (Awake Iron!), a free compilation featuring 25 Spanish rock and metal bands, is now available for free download. The compilation features:

The PDF containing the band's presentation and links to their sites is available here.

The project was coordinated by the Spanish blogger "Viva Puluba" and the Chilean "La Religion del Rock Pesado."

"Desperta Ferro vol-1" includes 10 track from thrash, black and death metal bands and is still available here. The PDF is available alone at this location. The first volume features: AGGRESSION, DESECRATION, EL KASO URKIJO, ERED, LUX DIVINA, METRALLA, SETGE, STEELGAR, THE BLEEDING SUN, VRADEMARGK.

IMHO it's hard to understand that something sucks for the simple fact it comes for a specific place.
IMHO there are Spanish things that sucks and Spanish things that rules.
The fact something comes from Spain doesn't matter. What really matters is the real thing behind. This is people. The people playing in those bands, the audience, the ones we have worked in the compilation... This means the real scene.
You can ask the big metal bands who played in Spain about the audiece. The bands come from that audience.
There's only one problem here in Spain: there's too much morons that think bands are better if they are from other places. We are here to show the real world. Then, everyone can decide to take the blue or red pill.

Spanish metal? I think any intelligent human being should stay away from Anything that comes from Spain, and I'm definitely not alone with this opinion.
