Amorphis Joined By Former Members For Anniversary Show

Amorphis has issued the following statement about being joined on stage by all the band's former members during a recent show in Helsinki:

"Greetings from Tavastia, Helsinki! This photo was taken after the sold-out show last Thursday, where Amorphis were joined by all former band members from throughout the past 20 years. From left to right: Esa Holopainen, Ville Tuomi, Santeri Kallio, Pasi Koskinen, Tomi Joutsen, Pekka Kasari, JanRechberger (back)/Kim Rantala (front), Niclas Etelävuori, Kasper Mårtenson, Tomi Koivusaari and Olli-Pekka Laine."

The upcoming Amorphis shows are as follows:

16.12 Klubi / Turku special guests: Koskinen, Rantala
17.12 Rytmikorjaamo / Seinäjoki / special guests: Koskinen, Rantala
18.12 Club Teatria / Oulu / special guests: Koskinen, Rantala
31.12 Pakkahuone / Tampere special guests: Kasari, Laine, Mårtenson, Rantala, Koskinen

I've got into Amorphis in a huge way recently, and have to say Pasi is an awesome vocalist. Will have to pick up their DVD soon.
