Bret Michaels Life As I Know It Episode 7
Band Photo: Poison (?)
This week’s episode begins with Bret in Indianapolis on the Bob and Tom radio show. The discussion begins light, discussing Michaels' health, then gets serious when they bring up the song “Talk Dirty To Me” and its place as a strip club anthem. Interesting, this got me pondering some of Poison’s music. Is it possible Poison isn’t only the strongest top 5 strip club songs, but also top 5 B-side strip club songs? Let’s take a closer look.
Top 5 “Strongest” Poison Strip Club Songs
5. Unskinny Bop
4. I Want Action
3. Fallen Angel
2. Nuthin’ but a Good Time
1. Talk Dirty To Me
Top 5 “B-Sides” Poison Strip Club Songs
5. Want Some, Need Some
4. Tearin’ Down The Walls
3. Love On The Rocks
2. Play Dirty (or Cry Tough if the dancer can produce a tear in her eye)
1. Look But You Can’t Touch
It’s close. Maybe Motley or Ratt could compete, but they are definitely near the top when it comes to strip club songs.
Back to the excitement, we find Kristi taking the girls to get their nails done in a strip mall. Meanwhile Bret has just finished his concert and is having a party in his bus. The guests are a mix of Michaels' band and weathered Rock of Love looking girls. Bret is in control of the music and is playing his solo album. The rest of the band has a look of “Isn’t there ANYTHING else we can listen to?” look in their eyes. Eventually he kicks everyone out of his bus (or so the cameras make it appear) and then heads back home to see Kristi and his girls.
Bret is surprised when he arrives home and hears two guys, Kristi, and a vibrating noise coming from the bedroom. To his relief he finds Kristi getting a tattoo on her lower back. Too bad, talk about the perfect F-U Bret Rock of Love revenge moment. Bret leaves and Kristi decides to take a break and put PB just above her ass, giving the appearance that maybe Kristi has “wiping” issues. Either that or she was secretly looking for a Dirty Sanchez from the tattoo artists.
Next week Bret has a health scare and Kristi tells Bret that the promise to promise to make a promise someday ring doesn’t mean anything to her. These truly are the days of our lives, I mean Bret Michaels life as he knows it…
