After The Burial Discusses New Album "In Dreams"

After The Burial recently released the new album "In Dreams," and in celebration of the release the band has teamed up with Guitar World to post a new audio snippet featuring guitar sections from the album. Guitarists Justin and Trent also provide in-depth commentary to accompany each part at this location.

Guitarist Justin Lowe also stated: "Hey guys, it's been a long time coming and we are proud to say that our new full-length album, In Dreams, hits stores everywhere today. I must admit, this has been quite the experience for us. There were some ups and also some downs, but we have worked with each other to overcome everything that was holding us back ultimately emerging as a much stronger group. With that being said, we are absolutely pleased to deliver this recording to you. We worked extremely hard to ensure you are getting the absolute strongest After the Burial album yet.

"We're also really looking forward to get back on the road to support this new album throughout North America. The relentless touring schedule for the remainder of the year and 2011 kicks off as part of the 'December Decimation' tour with Winds of Plague, Carnifex, War of Ages and Upon A Burning Body on Nov. 26th. There will definitely be some new songs in the setlist, so be sure to go out and grab a copy and get ready! Thank you guys for all of the support, we couldn't do any of this without you."

awesome. tho kinda disappointed with the record, i still like it and i've been enjoying it all day. nonstop. repeatedly. i love expansion, evolution and maturity as much as the next guy, but the album couldda used some more signature ATB grooves. the melodies and newly added clean singing (which btw, who the fvck does 'em?) are nice, but i wouldda traded that all in for more GROOVES man!! still, a great album. hope they keep up the good work and rlly hope to see them in south florida some.
