Jack Slater Checks In With Band Status Update

Germany's Jack Slater has checked in with the following update about the band's current status:

"Return of the Sleeping Dead! I admit it, we have been a bit lazy and unmotivated the last couple of months. With a new (awesome!) album that certainly isn't the best course of action, but sometimes there is nothing you can do.

"We are no pro band, but nevertheless (or because of that!?) a band like Jack Slater still demands a lot of time for organization, administration and promotion. We gave a 100% for many years now and whenever someone needed a time out, someone else took his place and did the work. This time, however, no one really felt responsible for it and the different members had different things to do in life, that's why Jack Slater has been a bit too quiet the last couple of months... not anymore!

"To get my own (Horn) motivation back, I did what I always do in these situations: everything old has to go and be redone. That is why I did a complete relaunch of our Official Site. In the next days I will finish the new site and update the MySpace page and all the other sites we run with all the news, infos, reviews and stuff of the last months.

"Important: I didn't check my Jack Slater mails for quite a while, if you did send me something important and never got an answer, please be so kind and resend it. That accounts for our online shop as well. Sorry for the inconvenience. That's it, I am back at working on the site and stuff, check back soon for more updates!"
