Don't listen to #1, Asylum is an amazing album. Disturbed didn't stray from their sound, so if you like Disturbed you'll like the album. I've only listened to it a few times through so I don't really know any stand out songs, if I had to say I would say Warrior and The Infection are the best songs.

btw #2 I went to Uproar in Toronto and it was a pretty good show. Disturbed and Hellyeah were amazing but Avenged sucked nads and there are really no other good bands there.

I just saw an interview with them, like a recent interview on "Asylum" and I must say they all came across as pretty cool and sincere people.
I noticed they used the term "hard rock" to describe their music and "metal" hardly came up, so I'm sure they know what they are.
Not a Disturbed fan, but they've got their own style for sure, for better or worse!
