Korn has announced they will be embarking on their upcoming "Ballroom Blitz Tour" in anticipation of their new album, "Korn III: Remember Who You Are," which is tentatively set for a summer 2010 release. The album is produced by Ross Robinson, who produced the first two Korn records. Joining Korn as openers are Los Angeles rockers 2 Cents.
Jonathan Davis commented on the Ballroom Blitz Tour and new album: “There is no sitting down on this one! We nicknamed this tour the Ballroom Blitz because that's what we want to see out there, the die-hard Korn fans going nuts on the floor. On Korn III: Remember Who You Are it was the first time we've worked with Ross since our 2nd album and these were the types of gigs we played back then. Those early tours were some of the best times of our lives. Now we are looking to bring that vibe back in a big way.”
The currently confirmed dates are as follows, with more expected to be announced soon:
5/2 North Myrtle Beach, SC @ House of Blues
5/3 Charlotte, NC @ The Fillmore Ballroom
5/6 Clifton Park, NY @ Northern Lights
5/7 Hampton Beach, NH @ Hampton Beach Ballroom
5/10 New York, NY @ Roseland Ballroom
5/12 Scranton, PA @ Scranton Cultural Centre Ballroom
5/15 Milwaukee, WI Eagles Ballroom

Cool tour, bros.
Don't understand the album title, and are we to expect a cover of a certain song by the band Sweet? Not trying to be critical or anything, but I'll see them again at Mayhem. Hopefully the new album has more than 2 or 3 good songs for the first time in about a decade.
hopefully they'l' tour Australia again. They usually bring a couple of other decent acts along with them which makes for a decent show!! Agree with the above that hopefully they can have more than just a few decent songs.
I'm hoping Ross Robinson can guide them to another good album!
KK same ol sh!t....
Nothings worse than losing a deciding game in OT whether its a playoff, the cup, or any sport for that matter.....its like having your guts ripped out and doused with acid....only good thing that came out of it.....
Crosby 2 (cup , gold medal)
Ovechkin0 (d!ick)
Although that might be 2-1 this summer.... the caps are the sh!t right now....unbeatable.....btw, look out for the coyotes in the playoffs...
Will be at mayhem fest july 10 btw...lookin forward to seeing rob zombie, and always korn
A friend of mine is a big Korn fan who's seen them live countless of times.
The last time he saw them was on their tour here in Europe, and he didn't even recognize them as Korn. The fact he left in the middle of the show says a lot. Having heard a few bootleg recordings (having heard = forced to listen, by the forementioned person), it's all true. It's like Korn is now a band that doesn't even know how to play their own stuff anymore.
"Remember Who You Are"? A good question, Korn. Do you?
^^Ive seen them 13 times. From the begining to about six months ago. I would say a couple years ago they didnt even seem like the KORN im used to seeing. But the last two times Ive saw them. They put on one hell of a show. Almost as good as them in the begining. So im pumped to see them again!
