Metal Hammer To Release Tribute Albums To Black Sabbath, Judas Priest And AC/DC

Britains Metal Hammer magazine has announced that they will be releasing three tribute albums later this year, to celebrate the anniversarys of some of the biggest albums in metal and hard rock. A Black Sabbath tribute album will be released to celebrate fourty years since the band released their debut record and will feature performances from Electric Wizard, Turisas and Apocalyptica, who have confirmed that they will be covering the song, "Spiral Architect."
The magazine will also pay tribute to AC/DC's "Back In Black" album, which was originally released in 1980 and will include covers by Steel Panther and Skindred amongst others. Skindred has revealed that they will be covering the song, "Back In Black."
To complete the trilogy, a tribute album of Judas Priest songs will be issued to celebrate thirty years since the band broke into the mainstream with "British Steel." White Wizzard have been confirmed for the CD, as have Trigger The Bloodshed, who will be performing a rendition of the song, "Rapid Fire."
