This band is quite the joke, hair metal is definitely something that shouldn't be revived. A lot of people like it for some stupid a$$ f***in' reason though, I just don't get. If there's anyone on here who likes this crap I'd be interested in hearing why they like to see dudes dressed as chicks playing absolutely terrible music, cheers! Oh and don't tell me it's cuz the lyrics are awesome cuz that's pretty lame.

Umm, because the lyrics ARE awesome, and image doesn't affect sound?
The actual music's great too though. I was quite surprised to see that it's a completely solid, if unoriginal album all the way through, and turns out to be good enough for repeated listens. It really is a great, fun piece of glam metal.

They aren't trying to spawn a hair metal revival, it's just four dudes playing music they love with silly lyrics.

I mean, it's obvious that they don't take themselves too seriously and don't expect anyone else too either. Calling them "quite the joke" is like picking on Jon Stewart for not presenting his journalism in a professional manner.

Nat: Well said brother. However, I believe that they would take it as a compliment if someone called them a joke. That is, after all, the point... isn't it?

Well you're right, this band IS a joke. It's an over the top take on 80's glam with over the top sexual lyrical themes that's entirely meant as a spoof on the period and themselves. Yet the band has musical chops and the music is pretty decent while being funny. I quite enjoyed their album.
