Powerman 5000 Posts "Super Villain" Music Video

Powerman 5000 has posted a music video online for the song "Super Villain," which can be viewed below. "Super Villain" is off their latest album "Somewhere On The Other Side Of Nowhere." The album was released on October 6th through Mighty Loud!/Fontana Records. Powerman 5000 lead singer Spider also commented on working with the video's director Robert Hall:

"Working with him was great. A no brainer. He is a fan of Powerman 5000 and we also share the same interests in horror and sci-fi. When I walked into his FX shop (Almost Human) and saw some of the work he had done in the past, I knew the band was in good hands."

What happened to Powerman 5000 over the years? You'd think that anyone related to Rob Zombie would be making great music.

I saw the music video for Super Villian on LOUD Saturday night and I wasn't impressed. The last Powerman 5000 CD I bought was Transform and that CD killed my interest. Give me anything from The Blood Splat Rating System to Anyone for Doomsday and I'll be happy.

This band has become a joke. It remains to be seen if the same goes for Mr. Zombie as well. Had a listen to "Educated Horses" last night and didnĀ“t feel tempted to have a 2nd listen

deathfreak, well I can understand that Rob was trying to do something different on "Educated Horses", kinda like a "traditional" album, but the fact that he ripped off Marilyn Manson's "Holy Wood" so much on it is not very cool
