CJ from Drowning Pool has issued the brief studio update:

"To all our fans: We're in the studio working hard as hell 12/15 hour days seven days a week, making the best DP Rock record to date! I honestly have never been more excited about our all our new material. All the songs are growing and changing for the better during this recording process. We promise you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to get these songs out to you all and start touring again. Keep checking back because I'm sure we'll start leaking new music here and there in the next few weeks just so you can get an early taste of what's to come! See ya!"

They also posted a short tension-relieving destruction video a couple days ago:

Doesn't surprise me while these jerk offs are outside d***ing around the producers the label hired are inside making the album.

"yeah guys just play a couple riffs and we can loop em and lay them out in pro tools. you guys can just go outside and be idiots till we're done with the album"
