The Rockstar Ramblings: The $100 Bret Michaels Hamburger

Band Photo: Guns N Roses (?)

This week in New York City “The Apprentice” reality star Bret Michaels has been spotted selling hotdogs and hamburgers for charity. Some have been shocked by the $100 per burger price tag. Personally, it is still more shocking that it cost $5,000 for the Poison “Talk Dirty To Me” video, but that’s me not letting go…Guns N Roses has officially announced a Canadian tour starting in early 2010. For those that bet on 2010 and Canada in Vegas you appear to be the winner. Note that winnings will not be received until the band actually takes the stage…

Slash recently gave some details regarding his new album. In addition to Ozzy Osborne and Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) apparently hip hop star Cypress Hill and Fergie (Black Eyed Peas) are also on the record, assisting with a version of “Paradise City”. I just placed this into my filing cabinet under the folder BAD IDEAS…

On the Greatest Hits front, Motley Crue (who has eight production albums) is releasing their fifth greatest hits compilation later this year. Twenty-three more and the Crue will catch KISS…Phil Varone (Skid Row) is appearing on Dr. Drew’s VH1 show for sex addicts. For those who placed your Vegas money on Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), sorry, you lose…

On TMZ this past week Ozzy Osborne was spotted and interviewed about his daughter. The maddening piece for me was that Ozzy was getting into the driver’s seat of an SUV. Ozzy drives? This would be unacceptable to me if I lived in the Los Angeles area. I would hope LA traffic reports include congested roads, accidents, and WHERE Ozzy is driving today….

Nikki Sixx is auctioning off the rights to his autobiography to the public. Word is cash is nice, heroin is better.

It doesn't matter whether you are a sellout or not once you've p***ed yourself on stage. I don't know why Fergie keeps going, how does anyone take her seriously at this point?
