In fewer than 10 posts someone will comment on the dated nature of the band pic...it's a MU phenomenon like the 1000 post A7X news, and the collision of anti and pro Korn people on those threads.

"The Incident" could be the bands best since "In Absentia"...it certainly sounds that way so far...

Hope the Indian fans enjoy the show.

Havnt heard The Incident yet, but I'm waiting VERY eagerly.

Cool to hear India's gonna get some, be interesting to see how their culture resounds with the themes of PT's music...

^The Indian culture responds quite well to PT and Metal in general, contrary to what is perceived. I would definitely go if I didn't have exams on that particular day.:(

Its the most terrible news I have heard as a PT fan and as an Indian. Because of the darn venue and the organizers of that darn stupid festival where the darn entry scene is the most pathetic and utterly unorganized and unfair mechanism. Its only a matter of getting lucky by some stupid means to get an entry into the festival. And since its gonna be a free event, the kind of crowd that's gonna turn up...I'd rather not have them come here.

It is IIT Bombay and not ITT.
Mood Indigo is Asia's Largest Cultural Festival with more than 75,000 footfalls. It is perfectly organised and anyone who wants to attend has to register beforehand.

I AM PSYCHED. The Tree is finally coming over to this god forsaken country after all.

The Incident is good but not the best. In Absentia seems like the best because PT's sound took a more commercial and easy-to-like turn. The best by far is still Sky Moves Sideways :)

To the dudes at IITB: You guys just flipped off IIT Chennai. The questions raised by Opeth silenced by the Tree :)

See you there :D
