Crucified Barabara have posted an extensive tour blog online with images from their recent performance at the Masters of Rock Festival. The full blog can be found here. An excerpt from the report follows:
We left Rockweekend and the hotel in Bollnäs 3 in the morning, after having 3 hours of sleep (at least some of us...) and as Rick Roadrage drove us safely to Arlanda Airport we were all sleeping like stones in the bus. I can't really understand how we all could be so shitfaced in just a few hours the evening before, but we did, and it was extremely strange to be up this early, trying to check in for another adventure, when our bodies wanted nothing but laying down in a warm bed, having someone to feed them with pizza and ...lots of water....
We landed safely and was picked up by a shuttle, and started a 4 hours drive to the festival. We all fell a sleep pretty soon, even though the road was bumpy and the driver drove extremely fast so the engine was screaming. It must have been really hard for the driver to drive 8 hours (back and forward) to pick up bands from the airport..!!
When we got to the festival we were starving, so we immideately went to the catering to get some food. It doesn't look so good, but believe me it was, especially after a road trip like we had done since 3 in the morning. What you see is: Vegetable soup (hmm), pasta, tomato sauce and chicken! I ate it all..!! About 3 hours 'til gigtime.
Outside our dressing room.. All of a sudden the guys from Sweden Rock Magazine appears from nowhere, here's Martin. 2 hours 'til gigtime! And finally it was time for our gig.. we put ourselves together and entered the stage.
