Gunfire 76 Issues Recording Update

Gunfire 76, the new band featuring Wednesday 13 (Joseph Poole), has issued the following update about recording new material:

"Wednesday 13 has tapped Brent Clawson to mix his new project Gunfire 76.

"Although best known for being the bassist for Bullets and Octane, Brent has spent many years in the studio working as a producer, engineer and mixer. Brent produced, mixed & engineered Nick Oliveri’s band The Knives release ‘Dirty Angel’, he engineered and mixed Guttermouth’s ‘Eat Your Face’ and produced, engineered and mixed the last two cd’s from Bullets and Octane - ‘Song For The Underdog’ and ‘Bullets and Octane’ - which are being re-released as a double-cd this October.

"Originally set to record in Los Angeles, with producer Howard Willing, setbacks and conflicting schedules have found Wednesday 13 recording the debut for Gunfire 76 with studio musicians in Charlotte, NC. So far 7 of the 12 songs have been completed. No official band members have been selected yet.

"Gunfire 76 will spend Nov touring the U.S. and touring the U.K. with Bullets and Octane acting as main support."
