Nightmare Records has issued the following update about signing California metallers Futures End:

"Nightmare is proud to Announce the New signing of FUTURES END for their Debut album, This band is a rare combination of brilliance and amazing musicianship Melodic Prog Power Thrash sounding like a combination of Alice in Chains, Coheed and Cambria and Symphony X. Hear their final mixes of 3 songs on THE SHOPP (The Sunday Hour of Progressive Power) This week as the FEATURED ARTIST, hosted by vocalist Lance King. Futures End will be playing at this year's Prog Power USA showcase on Sept 10th in Atlanta, GA."
