True Metal Assault Southern California Tour

Desert Rock Promotions has announced the True Metal Assault Southern California mini-tour featuring two of the best and hard hitting heavy metal bands currently performing on the live circuit: Noise / Sanctuary Records artists Seven Witches and Massacre Records artists Cage.

New Jersey based heavy metal supergroup Seven Witches is the brainchild of guitarist Jack Frost (Ex-Savatage / Metalium) and includes bassist Joey Vera (Engine / Fates Warning / Armored Saint), vocalist James Rivera (Ex-Destiny's End / Helstar) and drummer Brian Craig (Ex-Destiny's End). Seven Witches is currently tearing up the East Coast of the United States on tour with progressive-power metal band Symphony X. Seven Witches is supporting their upcoming new CD "Passage To The Other Side" scheduled for release on April 9, 2003 in the USA through Noise / Sanctuary Records.

San Diego, California based internationally acclaimed heavy metal band Cage is the metallic institution straight out of Southern California. Cage will be hitting the road to support their larger than life upcoming CD "Darker Than Black", which will be released on April 22, 2003 through Massacre Records.

"Darker Than Black" just recently was voted #1 CD on the respected and influential German Heavy Oder Was magazine Soundcheck album charts (March 2003) in addition to being selected album of the month with a perfect score of 12/12, beating out other well known up and coming / established bands such as Dream Evil, Evergrey, Overkill, Anthrax, The Haunted, Shadows Fall and about 70 others.

Thursday April 17, 2003 - The Galaxy - Santa Ana, California
Friday April 18, 2003 - Brick by Brick - San Diego, California (special guests Chaotic Order & Wither)
Saturday April 19, 2003 - Paladinos - Reseda, California (special guests Wither)
