American metal act Trivium are set to release their latest music video on MySpace this Thursday for the song "Throes of Perdition."

The video was directed by Ramon Boutviseth, who has worked with Trivium in the past, and whose credits also include videos for Sanctity, Incubus and Daylight Dies.

“Throes of Perdition” is from the band’s latest record “Shogun,” and is the second video from the album to be unveiled exclusively on their MySpace page. The first was for the track “Down from the Sky,” which can be viewed below.

“Shogun” made its debut Sep. 30, 2008 at number 22 on the Billboard 200 chart, peaking at number 3. Since January 2009, the album has sold more than 100,000 copies in the U.S. alone and has since attained Gold status in Australia.
