Almagor Signs With Sullen Records

Sullen Records has announced the signing of Chilean Christian black metal band ALMAGOR.

ALMAGOR started in 2000 under the name, Celestial Armor as a Metal cover band. They covered such artists as Whitecross, Stryper and Mortification. Over time their musical interest changed as they began to cover such artists as Vaakevandring and Crimson Moonlight as well as beginning to write their own material. In 2007 the band would change their name to ALMAGOR, and focus on their own material. Now in 2008 ALMAGOR has began recording their debut full length which is scheduled to be released on Sullen Records in early 2009.

You can preview ALMAGOR's material at their myspace page. They are currently streaming the song, "Scream in Silence."

Almagor was recently confirmed as one of the bands to be featured on Sullen Records' Volume 2 of their Christian black metal compilation series titled "Revelations."
