Anathema Completes New Album Titled "Hindsight"

English doom metal band Anathema have finished recording their new album "Hindsight" and have sent the masters to their record label. Hindsight will be a semi-acoustic album composed mostly of classic Anathema tracks, as well as one entirely new song.

Anathema is also currently recording another album, titled "Horizons", which will have entirely new songs. Both albums are set to be released this year, although no specific release date has been announced.

Anathema's lead guitarist Danny Cavanagh will also be touring Norway and Sweden with Anneke Giersbergen, former vocalist of The Gathering, on the following dates:

12th June - Gassheim, Jevnaker, Norway
13th June - Ravnedalen, Kristiansand, Norway
14th June - Blue Garden, Trondheim, Norway
15th June - Buckleys, Oslo, Norway
16th June - Klubb Garage, Marsta/Stockholm, Sweden

oh i love anathema ...it's long time next a natural disaster that they didn't record a new album...i 'm realy excited for this new album...i hope this album be a good return for great anathema.

Hope they got their production levels back into Judgement-era condtion or better, their drums sounded rough on the last one....They've come a long way from where they started thats for sure.
