Meshuggah Announces Australian Tour

Acclaimed experimental metallers Meshuggah will be heading down under this October. Thus far only show has been confirmed which will take place on October 15th at Palace Theatre in Melbourne. More shows will be announced soon.

The worst thing about this is they will be playing the ARENA in Brisbane!!
Meshuggah should be playing the RIVERSTAGE, not the Bu!!Sh!t Arena, Because that Venue sucks Ba!!s.
The sound sucks for heavy bands and the stage is too small.
The Tivoli Or Riverstage.....Would be the stages i would have booked for a band like MESHUGGAH man for f*** SAKE.
SLAYER, MEGADETH, SOULFLY, MASTADON, CALIBAN, ARCH ENEMY These bands here Played RIVERSTAGE and every show i witnessed has been full-on.
The sound Quality is brutal for live heavy bands!
The promoter needs a kick in the A$$ for booking the ARENA!!!

ObZen is amazing. If i wasn't one already, the album would have made me a diehard fan of Meshuggah. Other than that, "Catch 33" or "Destroy Erase Improve" do it for me. The first songs by them I ever heard were Suffer in Truth and Future Breed Machine, so obviously DEI holds a special place in my heart. :D

Am I the only one who digs 'Chaosphere'? I know that album was kinda repetitive but it had that grinding, menacing groove to it whick kicked ass. Destroy Erase Improve and Chaosphere are their best.

I love the palace its a f***ing sick venue. Saw PT there not too long ago it was off its head!
It would be even more awesome if next year when Opeth come down (hopefully) that they played at the Palace for their 18+ too! f*** yeah see all you guys there!
