Drowning Pool is on the way down the drain.
Most of these bands are pretty awesome and blow DP away.

Warrant? What's next? The addition of Stryper? Drowning Pool's first album was untouchable, the second one sucked, and their new one just isnt that impressive. McCombs is a good singer but Dave Williams cannot be replaced

The new Drowning Pool grew on me after a while. It's got more variety than any of their other albums and 3-4 songs I can play over and over.

I agree that Dave Williams was irreplaceable but in my opinion McCombs was the best and only logical choice. I thought the new album was really good personally, not as good as Sinner but some good music nonetheless. I didn't think the second one was too bad either, I wasn't big on Jason Jones though, not in Drowning Pool anyway.

That really sucks. I'm going to Montreal in June, but I have to be back in Toronto to catch my flight on Sunday.

Who is Warrant?

warrant is a late '80's / early 90's band - in the same vein as L.A.guns, winger, poison, slaughter, etc......makes sense since its Motley thats headlining. Anyways, Maiden, Hammerfall, Symphony x - what more can we ask for ?

Warrant - "She's my cherry pie....." - lol
THAT is Warrant...I really didn't like Warrant, at all. I will take Skid Row, or RATT, hell even POISON, over Warrant.
At least heavy metal is strong this year....the concert schedules look great.

Damn, I'd go just to see Iron Maiden, and get a bonus with all the rest. Too bad I'm going to Montreal the week before to see Rush... and that I'm going to have to pass on this.
