Good thing I have seen most of the band listed above, or else I would be pretty unhappy.
Would love to see Judas Priest again, though.

If this ticket becomes Ozzfest 2008, no one will complain.

They may not complain but there could be a better line up IMO. Priest, Testament, and 3 Inches are the only bands I'd go to see.

Always the killer shows that have to be so far I can't go see them. And if this does become Ozzfest '08 I hope it isn't another lame a$$ "Freefest", higher ticket prices means more dedicated fans going to said concerts. Then again higher ticket prices doesn't mean better shows... Shadows Fall is horrible live.

Shadows Fall is awful live. The only thing entertaining about them was how long the singers dreadlocks were.

Monsters of Rock was a "real" metal fest before it went to the hair metal fad, I believe. Not like I was old enough to go to them back in the 80s :-)

I love how people love too bash Canada but have you ever been to a metal show in Canada? Iron maiden sold out in Edmonton and Calgary faster than anywhere else in North America. People go crazy for metal up here. Maybe you should broaden your horizons and come check it out.

Who thinks USA is more metal than Canada? Let us not forget that the US is over-ran by wannabe/talentless rappers. If you were going to insult Canada's major music scene, they have quite a bit of borderline emo bands who rose to popularity purely because of their Canadian fans. Plus they have French Canadians...

It sounds to me like you people haven't heard of Zimmer's Hole, they are clearly the most unique band on this set, I would LOVE to see them, they're songs are hilarious!!!! 3 Inches, JP, Testament, and Voivod would all be awesome to see as well. If the rest of the lineup was better, I would go to this, but unfortunately, most of these bands are crap.

Canada has a kick a$$ musiic scene, its usually just unrecognized. i mean edmonton was the first place for gigantour to sell out then calgary,. Canada has alot of solid bands, and voivod is a canadian band along with 3 inches of blood. so dont insult Canada. Canada needs a descent festival. they hardly get good ones, espically in the west.
