Hey, no-one complained when Saxon did it (that's probably the only time ever that Saxon have been compared to Deicide). I ain't heard alot of Deicide I'm sad to say. Heard a bit but not too much. Off to YouTube I go!

I did not complain about it hen Dimmu did it when they rereleased Stormblast. I think of it as giving back to their fans really. Not that they owe us, but its like getting a present from a family member.

@Jackrum - What??? Um did you happen to miss the latest comeback everyone from here to hell has been praising?

@Txmetalhead - That was a joke I'm assuming?

Man I love patches, too bad this one is of Glens face and not the Deicide logo though, I'll still probably pick this edition up.

Now Playing: Manilla Road - "Necropolis"

Ha ha - to post above...funny! Deicide is decent...just not my thing. What is the point, though, sending the cd with a free patch that says "Glen for President"...to me..Deicide is damaging their credibility. Just my opinion, of course.
By the way - Divine Heresy is the sh1t! That CD is spectacular. Tommy Hext has some pipes on him.

So giving a free patch away to your fans is selling out?...

Sure it's a lame patch but better than nothing, and I think Benton is probably more in touch with what Deicide fans want compared to you.

Now Playing: Cannibal Corpse - "Make Them Suffer"

Agreed with Cynic, I actually think the patch is gay as hell. I'm a f***in christian (well kinda) and even I think that he should use the Deicide logo, I'd never wear it though as Deicide and Impaled Nazarene are the only bands who's merchandise I would never wear just because of the names.

i love patches and button pins and the like, this one is pretty lame so i can see why its free.

im not the biggest deicide fan either, but their last album (stench of redemption) blew me away so i'll probably check this one out too.

I think that its kind of funny to put out a "Glen for President" patch during an election year. I know that the Deicide logo is better, but the idea is great!

Regardless of the patch idea (which I think is silly) I've pre ordered Till Death Do Us Part. This record will be solid because the same line up on Stench recorded it. Shame that Ralph left, any word on a relacement?
