TMZ.com reports:

TMZ was in an L.A. County Courthouse this morning as Scott Weiland's attorney told us the troubled rocker has just finished a stint in rehab.

Weiland's attorney, Tony Brooklier, says the former STP-er has completed 28 days in a treatment facility and is "doing well."

Weiland was arrested last November and booked for driving under the influence of a drug.

His next court date is Wednesday, March 5th.

Ahahaha! Good one Godlike! (Sent ya an email by the way.) They also say that drinking kills brain cells... What they fail to tell you its only the weak ones! On topic, I dont think 28 days is enough for Scotty boy. It may detox him from heroin a tad, but to get it all I think way more time is needed. Then again the man might die from schock if he quits it all.

Do you think he goes to rehab just to lower his tolerance? I mean, he can go shoot up now and get a buzz like he was 23 again.

I think his problem is the same as any addict, you can sober up all you want, but if you stay in the environment that you were in when you were using, you'll be back on the sh*t in no time.

My GF from last year was a meth addict before she moved to WI to get away from the sh*t. When she was here she was doing real good. She worked a full-time job as a personal care worker, and didn't have any relapses. The summer went by and it was by far the best summer of my life, she was just an awesome person to be with. Her grandma, who has custody of her kids because of the meth sh*t, couldn't take another winter in WI so they had to move back to Cali. Guess how long it took for to be right back into the sh*t again?

For anybody out there dealing with addiction--know this, no matter how strong you think you are, if you stay in the same enviroment the urges will win out. Everybody likes to say you can't run from your problems, but sometimes you do need to walk away from the source of them.

Unfortunetly, I don't see Scott ever being clean as long as he's in music. But hey who knows maybe he'll clean him self up for real one day and blow my theory out the water....I'm not holding my breath though.

What a load of sh**.

Rehab stints are bullsh** stabs at 'look at me taking sh** seriously' and, to appease media and legal interests.

Real rehab involves a whole lot more than the short stays so many public figures involve themselves with.

In other thoughts: f*** weiland...
