Origin To Release 'Antithesis' In April

Kansas-based death metallers ORIGIN have set "Antithesis" (cover artwork) as the title of their new album, due on April 1 via Relapse Records. "Faster, heavier and decidedly more advanced than anyone could have ever envisioned metal becoming, 'Antithesis' is a modern-day death metal classic, which proves ORIGIN stand head and shoulders above their peers," states a press release.

Guitarist Jeremy Turner rejoined ORIGIN last summer and participated in the writing and recording sessions for the group's new CD.

ORIGIN's lineup for "Antithesis" is as follows:

James Lee: Vocals
Mike Flores: Bass
John Longstreth: Percussion
Jeremy Turner: Guitar
Paul Ryan: Guitar

The above lineup is the same as the one that recorded the "Informis Infinitis Inhumanitis" disc (2002).
